Credensoft Launches Business Productivity Solutions Suite

Credensoft Business Productivity Solutions suite (CredenBPS) was unveiled to the SMI visitors and public at the SMI 1-Stop Solution 2005 (SMI OSS) event today. CredenBPS is the new business productivity suite developed locally by Credensoft Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a company based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

CredenBPS is a business application suite consisting of 5 core applications covering the areas of human resource management (CredenHR), sales management (CredenSales), procurement management (CredenProcure), after sales support (CredenPASS) and asset & inventory management (CredenAIMS). The 5 applications can work independently and can also be integrated as a full suite. Depending on the needs and budget, an organization can choose to implement only selected application modules. For example, a company can choose to implement only the payroll module, one of the modules in CredenHR, and as the need arise and budget is available, they can choose to implement the leave management module.

“Our solutions will fulfill the requirements of today’s businesses and in addition, makes it possible for SMI to enhance their productivity and experience a paper-less working environment” said Edy Zairani Zakaria, the CEO of Credensoft Solutions Sdn. Bhd. “CredenBPS is a scalable solution which allows SMI to have more features which will increase their productivity at a competitive price. It is a web-based application which could be installed as a standalone on a local PC or could be installed as an intranet or internet application”

CredeBPS supports multi-platform or in other words, it is able to be deployed on any available platform. In addition, it is scalable and could be customized to be integrated with the existing system at the customer’s site.

Since CredenBPS is fully web-based, there would be no installation required at the users PC. Users could just access it using a normal web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. On-site support for Credensoft products is available throughout Malaysia.

With Credensoft extensive knowledge and experience, services to complement the successful deployment and rollout of Credensoft products is also offered. According to the business requirements which vary from one organization to another, CredenBPS can be customized further to fit the specific requirements of the organization.
