CREDENSOFT® HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
CredenHR covers the pre-employment, employment and post-employment processes which combined covers the complete processes of human resource management. In addition, CredenHR also covers the processing of payroll and also includes Time Management functionality.

In pre-employment stage, CredenHR allows the online advertisements of a vacant position. Interested applicants can register themselves in the resume databank and subsequently apply for any advertised vacant position. CredenHR also enable the processing of resumes online.

In employment stage, CredenHR enables the management of full staff information, organisation of staff training, budget and position control, leave application, benefits/renumeration tracking and also the management of appraisals processing.

In post-employment, CredenHR enables the separation or settlements processing that need to be done when an employee resigns or is terminated.
